Verandah is planned as a 'Continuum of Care Retirement Community' based on the concept of 'Aging in Place'.
Phase 1 of Verandah included building out the infrastructure and Independent Living units including the Townhome Villas & Clubhouse.
Phase 2 of Verandah will include a Rental Apartment Building with Services and an Assisted Living & Memory Care Facility.
